Yep....I'm getting back into the swing of things after the last 2 weeks where I missed tons of workouts!
Friday = PB....was a brutal first day back and I was definitely regretting missing so many classes.
Saturday= PB....better than Friday's class by far.
Sunday= 2 PBs.....Ouch! Was definitely sore, especially in my arms.
Monday= PB.....Didn't have my regular instructor, but was definitely a good class.
Tuesday = PB, then indoor soccer....The thigh workout this time was pretty rough. Brand new moves and everything was burning- yay! But it made for some soreness during soccer.
